Hotel Liquidation - We bid for and remove old FF&E and load into 53 foot trailers that go direct to our retail stores. No onsite sales are ever done with out the authorization of the hotel.

Installation - As we remove old FF&E we take new FF&E to the rooms. If hotel desires we can also install the new FF&E in rooms.

Swap Outs - Mattress swap outs consist of changing mattresses from a hotel while the hotel stays in operation. Tiger will remove current mattresses from the hotel receive and unpack new mattresses at hotel. We will take mattresses to the guest rooms, and finally assemble bed frames and install mattresses on bed frames and remove plastic cover.
